Intensive In-person Programs

Are you looking to design you own retreat, workshop or group coaching program and want a face-to-face training experience? Regularly we offer the Group Coaching Intensive a two-day hands-on skill building, practical workshop for coaches and other practitioners who are looking to develop their own group coaching programs.
 
Intensive Programs include:
*A participant manual which includes course material, exercises, and resource lists to follow after the program;
* Hands on practice, and feedback about your skills
* Practically, focused, road-tested tools and resources.
 * A group follow up call one month after the event to check in on your progress and questions.

Intensive programs are held in Toronto, Canada and the Caribbean and are usually limited to 5-10 participants. Programs can also be delivered at your location to groups of 8 or more.

Group Coaching Intensive

Join group coaching expert, and author of Effective Group Coaching, Jennifer Britton for a high-impact two day face to face session. Building onto the solid foundation of the Group Coaching Essentials teleseminar program, this face to face training program will provide coaches with the opportunity to develop and practice group coaching skills, as well as explore core issues related to group coaching (structuring a session, exercises, marketing, virtual programs). Spaces are limited as this is an interactive, small-group learning process.

Friday April 13 and Saturday April 14 - Toronto (West End Hotel close to Airport)
July 13-14, 2012 - Huntsville, Muskoka
We can also travel to your location to deliver a program for groups of 10 or more.

Facilitation Skills Intensive (a Train-the-Trainer Program)

Another program we deliver in-house or on demand is the Group Program Facilitation Intensive. This program will be of interest to coaches, trainers, leaders and managers who are looking to acquire skills in small group facilitation, presentations and group program design and marketing. The program is applicable whether you are running a workshop or retreat, or are looking to acquire group facilitation skills.

This program can be delivered to groups of 5 or more.
Registration includes: 2 days of instruction, Group Facilitation Intensive Manual/materials plus a group follow up call.
