Are you a coach and want practice and feedback opportunities on your group and team coaching skills? Join
author of Effective Group Coaching, and creator of the Group Coaching Essentials (TM) program, Jennifer Britton for the Advanced Group and Team  Coaching Practicum teleseminar program. The Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum has been approved in the past by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for 10 CCEs (7.5 hours core competencies, 2.5 hours resource/other). This includes two hours of a blended learning assignment which you will complete outside of class time.
This hands-on, interactive program is designed for coaches who are alumni of the Group Coaching Essentials program, or for those coaches who are already very experienced in group or team coaching issues. The program takes coaches deeper into the nuances of group coaching, while providing the accountability, and resource rich tools you have come to expect from Jennifer's programs.

A key difference with Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum  is that this program provides coaches with the opportunity to practice and receive real time feedback on their own group and team coaching skills during the calls. Each coach will lead the group through a 25 minute group coaching process by phone, and will receive feedback on their skills. The program is ideal for GEC alumni and experienced group and team  coaches who want more practice and advanced resources for group coaching. It is also ideal for coaches looking to gain practice in virtual facilitation.
The program covers advanced issues in group coaching including:
  • Advanced Design Approaches
  • Key distinctions between group and team coaching and implications for design, implementation, and working with the grouping
  • Pitfalls and Tricky Issues in Group Coaching
  • Dealing with Difficult Clients
  • Boosting Engagement and Impact for Your Clients
  • Systems for group coaching to leverage your time and results
  • Advanced issues for virtual program delivery (phone/web)
  • Building Your Unique Platform - Leveraging the Programs you have in place for additional revenue streams
  • Advanced Marketing Issues
  • Exploration of newer technologies for program delivery and marketing
  • More Group  and Team Coaching Exercises!
  • An opportunity to practice your own group coaching facilitation, and receive feedback on it during the program

Here's what alumni of the program have said about their experience:

"I highly recommend the Advanced Group Practicum with Jennifer. It provided me with tools and insights to be able to develop and implement my own group coaching program. The materials and content over delivered so the value enormous. The practicum was awesome and it gave me a safe space to try a group coaching and to receive feedback.I would do it again!”

-Coach Michelle Mullins

"If you want to learn about group and team coaching AND have the opportunity to design and deliver a group coaching session on a topic that interests you, this is the course for you!   Jenn is incredibly generous with both her time (pre-course and 1-1, in addition to the weekly classes) and her resources (books and tools, including how to use them in various group settings).  Her materials, which integrate her extensive first-hand knowledge and experience with learning from experts in the field, are organized, concise and informative.  The small class size insures that each person gets to be heard, and Jenn’s constant finger-on-the-pulse of the group approach (i.e. what do we as participants want and need to come away with), not only guides the content and pace of the classes but also insures you leave with value and greater confidence in your skills.  I certainly did.”
