Virtual Retreat Dates:

This is a virtual business planning retreat for small business owners and solopreneurs. Participate in a series of group and individual calls and exercises as you move forward with planning for your business.

Participants will:
  • Develop a compelling vision for this business year;
  • Explore or reconnect with their business values;
  • Establish Business Objectives for upcoming quarters or the year;
  • Develop a Business RoadMap for 2008/09;
  • Develop a Marketing Strategy and Plan;
  • Develop an operational budget and partnership strategy for 2008/09
  • Take action in one area of their business that they have been putting off.
  • Receive 12 Powerful new business tools and templates throughout the course of the program, which will be followed by 12 additional weekly tips by email over the next 3 months
