Equipping leaders and managers with enhanced coaching skills themselves is an important step in culture transformation and in the capacity development for your leadership teams.

Coaching training programs are offered in a one to five day format to your managers and leaders, designed to provide your internal team with skills, practice and feedback in core coaching skills and tools.

Our coaching skills training has been awarded a Prism Award for Excellence in Coaching (ICF Toronto 2016), and an Award of Excellence - Curriculum Design (i4PL, 2017). Training can be delivered virtually and in-person.

Group Coaching Skills Training
(For HR and Training Professionals)
Group Coaching training is based on the International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited CCE (Coach Continuing Education) methodology included in the Group Coaching Essentials and Group Coaching Intensive programs which we have delivered since 2006. Each program is customized to your specific needs and budget. Programs are delivered by Jennifer Britton, author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010), and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013) who is recognized as an expert and thought leader in the area of group and team coaching. A focus on team coaching can also be woven into a more customized program.
Typically Group Coaching skills training is delivered in a 1-3 day format in format. If you are looking for shorter training, the Group Coaching Essentials program (accredited for 8.75 hrs of ICF CCEs) can also be delivered by phone to your internal team of coaches/trainers.

All coaching training programs have the option to follow up with a group coaching format to support the sustainability and transferability of the learning into the work place.
