The Group Coaching EssentialsTM (GEC) program from Potentials Realized is an interactive, hands-on program dedicated to supporting coaches who wish to develop their own group coaching programs. We are celebrating our 10th year of training coaches in group coaching during 2016!

Join author of Effective Group Coaching and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching, Jennifer Britton, PCC, CPCC for this practical and road-tested program. The program is approved for 8.75 hours of CCEs from the International Coach Federation. Group Coaching Essentials is delivered as 5 x 75 minute teleseminar calls on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Coaches also have the opportunity to meet 1-1 with Jennifer in between each call for a 15 minute lazer call. Course size is limited to 8 coaches per session to ensure maximum course participation and tailoring to your learning needs. The program is approved for 8.75 hours of CCEs to include a new blended learning assignment which will have participants listen into past calls on group coaching topic areas and consider application to their context.

A majority of coaches are ready to launch and market their own group coaching program at the end of this program, or shortly thereafter. Since January 2006 this program has been taken by hundreds of coaches from around the world -- across North America, the UK, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Latin America, and New Zealand. Many coaches opt to follow up the Group Coaching Essentials program and take their skills deeper with either the in person Group and Team Coaching Intensive (19 CCEs) or the Advanced Group Coaching Practicum (by phone and approved for 10 CCEs with ICF). Those wishing to follow on with the Advanced Practicum can now bundle their registration for additional savings (see blow)
