It has been said that progressive leadership is about the increasing ability of a leader to expand her influence. Expanding the influence of a leader is accomplished by growing the leader themselves.
Join Certified Executive Coaches Sharon Miller and Jennifer Britton in the beautiful setting of Muskoka as we explore what it means to be, and grow, as a leader and as a woman. Join a small group of other powerful women leaders as we renew, reconnect to what it means to be a leader and recharge.
Combined we bring decades of experience in leadership development and have refined the highlights into a custom made day and a half intensive in Muskoka.
Who should attend:
We welcome professional women in leadership positions from the corporate, nonprofit, governmental and entrepreneurial sectors. While this program is open to many, it can also be made available to high achieving women within a single organization to help them build a strong network and accelerate their attainment of senior roles.
Examples of some of the things you will take away include:
- Increased self-awareness and how to leverage this awareness to maximize performance and fulfillment
- An exploration of how to deal with self-limiting beliefs, fears, and habits that hold you back and stop you from following through on what's most important

- A framework for the development of a Personal Strategic Plan that reflects your core strengths, the root cause of your gaps and organizational outcomes that matter.

About Sharon and Jennifer:
Sharon and Jennifer are both Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, and combined bring several decades of experience with leadership development for individuals, teams and organizations. Jennifer and Sharon collaborate together with the OnFire Coaching programs - which include Relationships on Fire Retreats (Muskoka), Women on Fire Group Coaching, as well as OnFire programs for corporations. 
They both bring senior management experience within Canadian and global corporations.
Sharon is the owner of CoachingWorks and is based out of Toronto and Muskoka. Jennifer is the founder and owner of Potentials Realized and the host of the Group Coaching Essentials site. She is also based out of Toronto and Muskoka. Together, Sharon and Jennifer look to recreate the magical essence of the wilderness of Northern Canada through their programs - whether they are virtual, in Toronto or in their second homes of Muskoka.
Both Jennifer and Sharon are Certified as Certified Professional Co-Active Coaches (CPCC) and are trained as Organization and Relationship Coaches (ORSC).
